Horticulture LA 163
Horticulture L.A. is a plant science laboratory course designed specifically for students with limited English skills. The course emphasis is on the development of the English language through the learning of applied botany. Topics covered include plant propagation, floriculture, plant classification, greenhouse operation, and landscape architecture. This course fulfills the science graduation requirement.
Prerequisite:
- Placement is by recommendation of the ELL Coordinator and the Instructional Supervisor for Science.
