Psychology of Living 161

Survival guide for managing life’s stressors. This class focuses on social and emotional intelligences to help students identify strategies for dealing with society’s pressures and expectations (stress management, anxiety, depression, sexuality, dating, eating issues and substance abuse). Course relies on self-care practices for wellness, guest speakers, periodicals and current media information for content. This course may be taken for honors credit with the consent of the instructor.
