This course is designed specifically for students with an interest in broadcast journalism. Students are responsible for the design and development of on-air journalistic packages that meet the perceived needs of the community. Both news and sports packages will provide coverage of local events and provide the community with a window into Glenbrook South. Finally, students are assigned daily programs that are planned, performed, and evaluated for content, relevance, and aesthetics. Considerable out-of-class time is required. Course may be repeated for additional credit.
