Sports Performance EB
This course is designed for students who possess intermediate to advanced experience within resistance training and various fitness modalities. Students will engage in science based, data driven strength and conditioning programming intended to improve all aspects of athleticism and sport performance, while simultaneously improving safety and movement efficiency during competition. Enrollment in this course precludes eligibility for seeking a waiver for varsity athletics or marching band (GBS Only).
Prerequisite(s): 2 Semesters of Strength and conditioning + recommendation from a Strength and conditioning teacher within the PE department OR Recommendation from a Varsity level coach *New recommendation needed each year.
