Architecture 473

Architecture 473 is an extension of Architecture 373, maintaining the overarching focus of the course to be centered around the student’s individual interests and goals relating to the field of architecture. Students enrolled in Architecture 473 will create increasingly complex projects with a higher level of intricacy aligned to collegiate-level architectural studio design prompts. Projects addressing new site specific problems while also adhering to an A3 building classification and Type IV construction type will be utilized in form, function, and adherence to building code. Students will further develop their skill set showcasing their work in the realm of construction documentation, architectural visualizations, and scale models. This class is taken for honors credit.
