Baking & Pastry 261 is a laboratory course designed to help students learn advanced baking techniques. Students will continually prepare various baked goods as they apply to the appropriate units. The units highlighted in this course include advanced quick breads, yeast breads, pies and cake decorating. Pending Board approval.
