Culinary Arts 361/461
This advanced course is designed to allow students to explore their personal goals in the field of culinary arts and provide them with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of the industry. In this class, students will create gourmet foods with artistic presentation, develop entire meals and unique dining experiences for school events and demonstrate their leadership abilities in a food related setting. Field trips include the FCCLA culinary competition and the National Restaurant Show.
