For students who have successfully completed Entrepreneurship: Business Incubator 163, and have received funding during the “Showcase Pitch” in the previous year, this course offers students the opportunity to implement principles of Lean Startup methodology as it directly relates to their business idea. Building off of lessons in 163, students set goals for their business, explore the legal ramifications of operating their enterprise, and execute project management strategies to find product market fit. Over the course of the year, students apply marketing and branding strategies to gain market share, manage their business’s financials, enhance their operating procedures, and explore options related to “making an exit.”
